1. Shipping Destinations
Arsh offers both domestic and international shipping:
- Domestic (Pakistan): Available across all regions of Pakistan.
- International: We ship to UAE, USA, and Europe.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic (Pakistan): Free shipping.

International: Free shipping on orders above 150$.
- For orders below 150$:
- UAE: 15$ AED shipping (currently under review to lower the rate).
- USA: 30$ AED shipping.
- Europe: 30$ AED shipping.
- For orders below 150$:

Yes, Arsh offers free shipping codes for select orders. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming promotions and codes.
4. Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days.

- Pakistan: 2-3 business days.
- International (UAE, USA, Europe): 5-7 business days.
- Note: In case of emergency situations or city blockages, we will notify you via email regarding any delays.
5. Shipping Carriers
Arsh utilizes trusted shipping partners:
- Domestic (Pakistan): Leopards Courier.
- International: DHL and FedEx.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping price, with no additional costs upon delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress and expected delivery time of your package.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages or Out of Stock Issue
- Lost Packages: In the event of a lost package, Arsh will issue a full refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.
- Delayed Packages: If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email. Arsh will work to resolve the delay promptly.
- Out of Stock Items: If the item you ordered becomes out of stock, Arsh will issue a full refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.
